How long does shipping take for a new deck?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy on skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and un-gripped decks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a board has been assembled or griptape has been applied, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Frog decks come with free griptape?
Most of our decks include a sheet of standard black griptape. If you prefer a specific brand or clear grip, you can select those options at an additional cost during checkout.
Where are Frog Skateboards manufactured?
Our decks are pressed using high-quality 7-ply North American maple to ensure the best pop and durability for all types of skating.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get you skating sooner. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
